Men & Mice Assisted Support
Depending on your status with our support program you have the following options:
Regular Tech Support
After you have owned your software for more than 30 days, Men & Mice Premium Technical Support is available through purchasing a Product Maintenance Contract or individual Technical Support Incidents.
Please keep the following in mind when contacting support@menandmice.com for regular support:

We will answer basic questions about how to use our software.

You can use this to report problems with our software, installation issues, etc.

Regular support is offered through email only, not over the phone.

Please include your software key (including temporary keys) when contacting support.

Please also include the full name of the product you're using, as well as your operating system.

If you're having trouble with your DNS and are trying to use our software to fix the problem, please use an email address that is not connected to any of your domains. Otherwise, email delivery may be problematic.

We will try to respond in a timely manner, but we can't guarantee it in all cases.
Premium Tech Support
Please keep the following in mind when contacting premium@menandmice.com for premium support:

Please include your software activation key or Product Maintenance Contract ID when contacting us.

Please also include the full name of the product you're using, as well as your operating system.
