Product Maintenance Contracts

Getting special treatment from Men & Mice

Men & Mice offers a maintenance contract for all its software products. Such a contract is tied to the software, lasts one full year from date of purchase, and offers two essential benefits:

• Free Upgrades
  For the life of the contract, whenever we release an update to the software, you get the new version for free. This keeps you up to date without having an unplanned expense, which makes your budgeting easier.

• Premium Tech Support
  If you have a question about the software, or about DNS in general, our in-house DNS experts can answer them. Normally, such questions cost a per-incident fee, but if you have a maintenance contract, you get 5 such incidents, or up to 5 hours of a expert's time, for free. Again, your budgeting is easier.

Availability

Maintenance contracts are available for our current software solutions; users of older versions will need to upgrade before (or concurrently with) purchasing a maintenance contract. Maintenance contracts can be purchased at the same time as the software or any time afterwards, as long as the software is still the current version.
