How do people on the Internet find my name server?

You need to make sure that your parent zone's
name servers have correct delegation to your name
server. For example, if your zone is foo.com,
your parent zone is com, and you need to have
a com registrar delegate foo.com to your name
server so that others on the Internet can resolve
domain names in foo.com.
