The purchase and delivery of each of our solutions starts a period of 30 days of Premium Tech Support. We continue to offer ongoing support for our products at no charge, but please be aware that customers enrolled in our Premium Tech Support program enjoy a priority.

After you have owned your software for 30 days, Premium Tech Support is available through purchasing a Product Maintenance Contract or individual Tech Support Incidents.
