Training registration deadline

Training registration is closed 3 weeks before the start of the course. Please contact training@menandmice.com if you wish to attend a training course after registration deadline has passed.

Training cancellation policy

Customers will be charged a USD 50 processing fee if they cancel at least 14 days before the course. If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the start of the course, then they will be liable for 50% of the class fee.

Substitutes can be accepted at any time providing we have received confirmation in writing before the start of the course.

Registration fees

A full invoice will be forwarded on receipt of registration. Prior to the course start date fees must be paid in full.

If payment has not been received prior to the course start date then admission to the event will be refused. The payment includes refreshments, lunch and full documentation.

All course fees are exclusive of VAT. Customers are welcome to submit a purchase order for class payments. If you use purchase order please send it either by e-mail to training@menandmice.com or fax: +354-412-1505.

Change of terms

It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to alter the venue, timetable or content of an event. Fees will be refunded should any event be cancelled by Men & Mice. We accept no liability for any other cost.
